The Air Accident Investigation Unit of Belgium has notified the NTSB of a serious incident involving an Airbus A330-223 that occurred on December 11, 2018. The NTSB has appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the Air Accident Investigation Unit under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13 as the State of Manufacturer and Design of the engine. All investigative information will be released by the AAIU.
