The Taiwan Aviation Safety Council (ASC) has notified the NTSB of an incident involving an Airbus A330-302 airplane which occurred on May 30, 2019. The NTSB has appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the ASC investigation under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13 as the State of design and manufacture of the airplane engines.
