On September 1, 2019 about 0541 universal coordinated time, a Beech B-300, RP-C2296, collided with terrain near Brgy. Pansol, Calamba, Laguna, Philippines. The two flight crew and seven passengers were fatally injured. Two persons on the ground received minor injuries. The airplane was destroyed by the post impact fire. The airplane was operated under the pertinent civil regulations of the government of the Philippines. This investigation is under the jurisdiction of the Aircraft Accident Investigation and Inquiry Board.
