THE AIRCRAFT THEN SETTLED ONTO THE BUCKET IT HAD BEEN ATTEMPTING TO LIFT, AND EVENTUALLY ROLLED OVER AND CONTACTED THE GROUND. INVESTIGATION REVEALED THAT, FOR UNDETERMINED REASONS, THE ENGINE HAD EXPERIENCED AN OVER TEMPERATURE CONDITION, WHICH CAUSED THE TURBINE BLADES TO FAIL.
