On August 18, 2014, about 930 EDT, a Airbus AS 350 B-2, C-GSSS, operated by Expedition Helicopters, experienced a reported high-side overspeed governor failure on final for the helipad near Camp Fenelon, Canada. The pilot, the only person aboard, was uninjured. The helicopter was not damaged. The investigation is under the jurisdiction of the government of Canada.
